• The name and email address used at checkout.
• A brief description of your request.
• Relevant photographs, if an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please use email for order-specific support so we can track your request. Avoid posting personal information in livestream chats or public comments. Never email full payment-card numbers, passwords or identity documents.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All sales are final, subject to the exceptions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Contact us before returning any merchandise. If a return is authorized, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not send returns to our fulfillment location or another address found online without authorization.

Our fulfillment location does not offer customer pickup or walk-in service.
