TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Pokemaster Pulls Inc. (“PMP,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of pokemasterpulls.com and purchases made through this website.

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy are available through the website’s policy links. Please review them before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

PURCHASES & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must have the legal capacity and authorization to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person or attempt to interfere with the website or payment systems.

ORDERS, AVAILABILITY & PAYMENT

Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, a material listing or pricing error, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the canceled items and any associated charges that must be refunded.

We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & COLLECTIBLE CONDITION

Review each listing’s description, photographs, language, quantity, condition and grading information before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.

Raw-card condition assessments involve judgment. Listing descriptions and photographs are important parts of the product description. PMP does not guarantee that any raw card will receive a particular grade if submitted for grading.

Grades assigned by PSA, CGC and Beckett/BGS are the decisions of independent grading companies. PMP does not control their grading decisions or guarantee a future regrade or crossover result.

Factory-sealed products may have normal manufacturer packaging variations or minor imperfections. This does not excuse material misdescription, tampering, qualifying damage or failure to provide the item ordered.

RANDOMIZED PRODUCTS & VALUE

Manufacturer-sealed packs and boxes contain randomized cards. Unless a listing expressly describes a manufacturer-guaranteed inclusion, purchasing a product does not guarantee a particular card, rarity or pull.

PMP does not guarantee that the contents will equal or exceed the purchase price. Collectibles are sold for collecting and enjoyment, not as investments. We do not guarantee appreciation, resale value or future market prices.

SHIP SEALED & LIVE RIPS

Products purchased for sealed shipment remain unopened by PMP. We open products only when you select or expressly request a live rip.

By requesting a live rip, you authorize PMP to open the purchased product on your behalf. All cards pulled, including bulk, are shipped to you. Any specific opening schedule will be communicated before purchase where applicable.

Once opening begins, dissatisfaction with the results—including no hits, duplicate cards, undesired cards or low-value pulls—is not grounds for cancellation, a refund, replacement packs or store credit.

This does not excuse missing promised contents, incorrect items, tampering, material misdescription or other qualifying issues.

FINAL SALES & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for unopened products.

Buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong product, finding a lower price elsewhere or a change in market value does not qualify for a discretionary refund.

Email pokemasterpulls@gmail.com immediately to request cancellation. Requests are not guaranteed and may be declined once processing has begun. Change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable after shipment or after a requested live rip has started.

These restrictions do not exclude qualifying remedies for incorrect items, material misdescription, authenticity problems, defects, shipping damage or non-delivery, or cancellation and refund rights required by law.

SHIPPING & ORDER ISSUES

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, carrier estimates, address requirements and shipment investigations. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details. We may request reasonably available evidence to investigate and prevent fraud. A delivery scan does not automatically defeat a valid claim.

Please contact us before returning merchandise. Authorized returns receive the appropriate address and instructions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-AFFILIATION

Original PMP website content and branding are owned by PMP or used with permission. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Pokémon and related names and imagery belong to their respective rights holders, including Nintendo, Creatures and GAME FREAK. PSA, CGC, Beckett/BGS and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

PMP is an independent seller. Selling these products or using grading services does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & OTHER SALES CHANNELS

Our store uses Shopify and may link to independent services, social platforms and third-party websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Purchases completed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace are also subject to that platform’s applicable transaction and dispute procedures. These website Terms do not override mandatory platform protections or applicable law.

PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords or identity documents to our customer-support email.

CHANGES & ENFORCEABILITY

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. Changes do not retroactively remove rights associated with an earlier order.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for future occasions.
